All designs remains the property of Blue Sphyns until fully paid for.
A 50% deposit is required before we can start with you project. The outstanding balance is required before any deliverables may be received by the client.

If the working process has already started, only a 25% of the paid amount can be refunded in the case of cancellation, .
Quotations are valid for 14 days only. Prices outside the indicated time-frame may change without prior notice
Blue Sphynx can not be held responsible if artwork/designs have been printed with errors to spelling or colour by 3rd party printers
Any design, approved or disapproved, may be used on the Blue Sphynx website for showcase purposes, unless otherwise arranged by the client.
Blue Sphynx can not be held responsible for any content added to any advertising or marketing medium with false, misleading or incorrect information, as received from the client
A sudden decrease of Page Ranking, due to Search Engine updates can not be accounted for by Blue Sphynx.
Late Payments (14 days after receipt of payment required notification), may lead to suspension of service.
